What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide analytical, forecasting, reporting, and project support to senior management
- Mentor and assist junior analysts during their onboarding process
- Track key performance indicators and prepare financial reports for presentation
- Create ad-hoc reports and perform comprehensive financial analysis
- Ensure compliance with financial guidelines, company policies, and regulations
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field of study
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in accounting or finance
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Superior Excel skills and strong attention to detail
- Ability to analyze, consolidate, and interpret accounting data
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 3-5 years of experience in a role within a large healthcare organization
