Develop and implement and ESG management system in collaboration of a corporate-wide ESG Program.

Oversee and conduct ESG due diligence and monitor reports to ensure compliance.

Engage with cross functional subject matter experts to gather and verify ESG related data and communicate findings.

Conduct management collection for the creation of our Sustainability report.

Build internal data reports for easy data collection.

Monitor and evaluate ESG trends, regulations and standards and keep up to date with best practices and new developments in the field.

Document internal policies related to ESG following our established Internal Control document methodology.

Maintaining and updating an accidents/incidents register.

Reporting to stakeholders on any accidents/incidents

Bachelor’s degree in economics, finance or social sciences, or equivalent experience.

Self-starter with strong attention to detail, time management and project management skills.

Professional written and verbal communication including documentation of process and controls.

Understanding of sustainability, social responsibility, corporate impact, and a commitment to advancing the field of ESG, a plus.

Finance background familiarity with finance concepts.

Analytically minded with proven skills in Microsoft Programs and data analysis.

This position is designed to support the advancement of the Colt CZ Group Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) reporting and disclosure requirements.
The Financial Analyst/ESG Associate will play a pivotal role in driving the Colt CZ Group North America Operations commitment to sustainability. This individual will lead our Environmental and Social Governance (ESG) initiatives, collaborating closely with internal subject matter experts. This include overseeing ESG due diligence, ensuring compliance, and managing data collection for sustainability reporting.
