- Conduct in-depth, value-added financial analysis to uncover trends, variances, and performance drivers.
- Aggregate and summarize data from multiple sources, ensuring integrity and clarity.
- Perform advanced modeling techniques including sensitivity, correlation, and rate vs. mix analysis.
- Drive inventory and loss prevention insights through analytical rigor.
- Lead monthly forecasting processes by identifying variables, KPIs, and assumptions.
- Provide clear insights into risks and opportunities impacting financial performance.
- Execute monthly forecast updates and maintain routine reporting schedules.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data and understand business drivers.
- Present financial insights in a clear, compelling way to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Support monthly close and prepare end-of-month reporting and performance summaries.
- Continuously enhance reporting tools and outputs to drive smarter decisions.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- Strong Excel, PowerPoint, and financial software skills
- Solid understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
- Excellent critical thinking, attention to detail, and time management
- Collaborative, team-oriented mindset
- Retail or consumer industry experience
- Experience with data mining or SQL (a strong plus)
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
