Job Description
- Req#: 25-23930
- Understanding of leasing agreements, being able to reconcile rent and strong verbal communication.
- The person in this position will be working terminations and will also assist with CPI and Jeopardy.
- Candidate should be able to read and understand leasing agreements, do recon's and have a basic knowledge of CPI.
- Experience with auditing billing/invoices.
- Systems audit experience.
- Ability to differentiate trends and relationships from a base of complex information and to relate and compare data from different sources and identifying relationships.
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
