Be the data detective – Gather, analyze, and interpret financial and operational data from multiple systems.
Tell the story behind the numbers – Create reports, dashboards, and business plans that drive strategic decisions.
Forecast the future – Play a key role in quarterly forecasting and long-term planning.
Support smart growth – Evaluate existing programs and help build business cases for new ventures.
Be a systems specialist– Maintain and support financial tools and platforms, ensuring data integrity and usability.
Collaborate and consult – Act as a finance partner to clinic managers and cross-functional teams, offering insights and training as needed.
Champion improvement – Help identify opportunities to streamline processes and boost performance across the physician network.
Education: Bachelor’s degree required; master’s in accounting, Healthcare Admin, or Business preferred.
Experience: 2+ years in finance or data analysis (healthcare experience is a plus).
Tech skills: Advanced Excel skills are a must. Familiarity with Hyperion/Essbase and Business Objects highly desirable .
Analytical mindset: You love digging into data, spotting trends, and solving problems.
Communication: You can explain complex ideas clearly and collaborate with all levels of the organization.
Team spirit: You thrive in a collaborative environment and enjoy contributing to organizational success.
Typical onsite presence: 1–2 days per month. Selected candidate MUST reside in the Boise, Idaho area.
Budget season (January–April): up to 3 days per week onsite
Schedule flexibility: Work hours are flexible. Must be able to set work schedule within the hours of 7:00 AM – 6:00 PM
