What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Deliver and analyze financial reports to support business planning and decision-making
- Complete regular and ad-hoc reporting including internal documents, graphs, charts, and presentations
- Develop efficient reporting strategies through automation and simplification
- Assist in cost-savings and process improvement initiatives
- Generate monthly and quarterly reports
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting
- 2-4 years of relevant finance experience
- Proficiency in MS Office products, especially strong Excel skills
- Experience in PeopleSoft
- Strong MS Access and database skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Prior use of systems and tools to extract and analyze data
- Process management experience or demonstrated skills
