      Company Description

      Do you have HEART? In this role you will be responsible for assisting the Asset Management team with monthly reporting, financial analysis, and underwriting ROI opportunities. The duties will include forecasting, investment analysis, budgeting and completing ah-hoc portfolio reporting and analysis.

      Job Description

      • Prepare investment projections.
      • Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management, employees and outside contacts.
      • Financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting of existing assets.
      • Prepare financial packages for investors and lenders.
      • Actively assist with annual budgeting process.
      • Interface with investors, lenders and senior leadership team.
      • Create and present analysis and results.
      • Maintain confidentiality of all pertinent information.
      • Interact professionally and effectively with all levels of the organization, residents, family members, etc.

      Qualifications

      Level of Formal Education: Bachelor’s Degree

      Area of Study: Finance, real estate, or accounting

      Years of Experience: Entry-level (0-5+ years)

      Type of Experience: Experience with Senior Housing is preferred, but not required

      Language Skills: Read, write, speak, and understand English language

      Technical Competencies: Microsoft office experience

      Skills and Ability:

      • Possess strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
      • Interact professionally and effectively with all levels of the organization, including community staff, residents, family members, and investors.
      • Skill in verbal and written communication

      Information Systems: Yardi, Hyperion and other related management software, experience with Oracle Essbase is a plus but not required

      Personal Attributes: exceptional communication both written and verbal, team player and multi-task.

      Other/ Preferred:

      • Moderate travel required.
