- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- Proficient in financial modelling software (i.e., Microsoft Suite of Products)
- 1+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis
- Knowledge of budgeting and forecasting best practices
- Understanding of cost drivers and allocation methodologies
- Experience with data visualization tools (i.e., Power BI, Tableau, etc.)
- Perform variance analysis to identify and explain deviations from budget and forecast
- Analyze trends in personnel costs to develop fringe rates for forecasts
- Support the development of long-range financial plans for the company
- Prepare ad-hoc financial analyses and reports as needed to support Finance leadership and other stakeholders
- Build and maintain complex financial models to support forecast & budgeting of non operating expenses such as Interest, depreciation, amortization and one-time costs
- Automate data feeds and workflows to improve efficiency and accuracy of financial models
- Extract and analyze relevant data from various sources, including ERP systems and OneStream
- Identify and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for the company
- Clearly communicate complex financial information to a variety of audiences, tailoring communication style to the recipient's level of understanding
- Participate in conversations across the Finance organization
- This is a hybrid position working 2-3 days a week in either our Ann Arbor, Philadelphia or Kansas City office.
- Full-time position, primarily working core business hours in your time zone, with flexibility to adjust to various global time zones as needed.
