      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Perform underwriting, financial, and risk analysis support for internal sales teams and consulting clients
      - Prepare plan design and financial analysis for existing and prospective customers using modeling tools
      - Manage clients’ benefits marketing processes, including RFP preparation and proposal analysis
      - Negotiate rates and plan options with insurers to secure optimal benefit plans for clients
      - Conduct evaluations and recommendations for alternative coverage and plan design changes

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s Degree in Risk Management, Insurance, Actuary, Mathematics, or a related field
      - Minimum of 3 years of experience in the Benefits Brokerage, Consulting, or Insurance industry, with an emphasis on Life & Disability
      - Intermediate working knowledge of MS Excel, including pivot tables and advanced formulas
      - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
      - Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in a fast-paced work environment with a focus on client satisfaction
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly in Excel and Access
      - Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
      - Ability to work independently and as part of a team
      - Experience with complex insurance projects and underwriting techniques
