Program Overview:
• Pre-approved 30-month CPA program featuring specialized rotational assignments in Global and North American finance teams, which can include:
• Comprehensive preparatory training and study leave to support your preparation for CPA examinations (including full reimbursements to participate in Densmore training)
• Eligibility for reimbursement of CPA PEP program or GDIP programs up to the cost of the CPA PEP program
• Qualification for reimbursement of the PEP program or GDIP programs, covering expenses up to the full cost of the CPA PEP program
• Reimbursement for additional training materials, examination fees and CPA student dues
• Ongoing learning opportunities with access to a wealth of online educational resources
• Immersion in diverse operational areas providing valuable insights from both a consolidated and regional perspective
What attributes will make you successful?
• Pursuing or recently obtained a bachelor’s degree in Accounting with a graduation date of Winter/Spring/Summer/Fall 2023 or Winter/Spring/Summer 2024
• Completion of the necessary prerequisite coursework for the pre-approved CPA stream
• Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks with strong organizational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
OTHER
• This position will be based out of our Toronto office. At McCain, we are working in a hybrid model with some days spent in the office and others working remote
• Certain rotational assignments may require either domestic or international travel
• Health, dental, pension along with our short-term incentive plan is available day 1 of employment
