      Financial Analyst Global Transfer Pricing and Margin Accounting

      The Financial Analyst, is responsible for providing primary support for the preparation
      documentation of ITPS System and assistance with UAT Testing and transfer prices process into Client.

      Key Responsibilities Include:
      *Assist in creation of the documentation for ITPS System and Training Manual
      *Support the preparing the documentation of transfer pricing calculations in accordance with tax rules, including information and data gathering, status calls with stakeholders.
      • Support TP issuance for products in Planning process and Daily process
      • Develop and deliver training to affiliates and headquarters finance groups

      Qualifications
      Basic:
      • B.A./B.S. in Accounting, Finance or Management Information System required
      •• 0-2 years of experience working in financial analysis, audit, costing accounting, or working in a global tax environment, experience in transfer pricing preferred. - open to various past work experiences, strong desire to learn and dev
      • Strong critical thinking skills, applying transfer pricing concepts to differing fact patterns.
      • Must possess strong attention to detail and have an exceptional analytical and quantitative background.
      • Very strong organizational skill set with ability to prioritize, plan, work independently, implement projects and meet deadlines
      • Strong written and verbal communication skills

      EXCEL TESTING Required: Submit test results at end of resume
      Intermediate Excel – Incl V-lookups, Pivot Tables, and basic other skills
      Bachelor’s Degree required

      Word skills for documentation of new system and development of training documentation with supervision from Project Lead


      Prefer candidates to have finance/accounting degree, 0 – 2 years’ experience in Finance.
      Excel: Pivot tables, mass amount of data management, interpersonal communication (email/written/verbal).
      Prefer, not must have, but good to have intermediate Word and PowerPoint Skills
      Prior User Acceptance Testing experience desired
      Newer candidate/graduate. Know they will be newer and willing to train. Bachelors’ degree required.

      Must be flexible for many ad hoc tasks, will prioritize and learn to understand what is of urgency, top priority. Open communication to ask any questions on how to progress.
      Proactive to ask questions to determine what is needed and when, self-motivation is important.
      Understand the urgent need to communicate frequently with their manager.
      Don’t be shy, quiet about questions. Best to ask, communicate to learn as quickly as possible
      Great entry level position, resume builder for someone new to corporate finance and wants to learn from the ground up. Team is more than willing to train and mentor.

      • Is there flexibility in their daily schedule? Some as needed; Expectation to be 100% onsite first 90 days, then hybrid (3 days in office, 2 days remote): first 90 days, then hybrid (3 days in office, 2 days remote)
