What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist in monitoring and analyzing financial accounts on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis
- Support the finance leadership team with market and margin analysis, pricing models, and cost development
- Analyze financial information for trend analysis, forecasting, and financial ratios
- Produce and present financial reports, including income statements and cash flow statements
- Ensure accuracy of financial data and resolve discrepancies for assigned reports
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- 5 – 7 years of finance-related experience
- Proven analytical skills with the ability to process large amounts of information
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Advanced experience with Microsoft Excel and other computer-based tools
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Master’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or equivalent certification(s)
- 6 – 8 years of experience in health sciences, healthcare, or disability services fields
