      Commercial Finance - CSA Financial Analyst

      As a member of Bell’s Commercial Finance team, the CSA (Cost Schedule Financial Analysis) Financial Analyst will be responsible for providing accurate financial analysis and reporting related to commercial aircraft development and production. The analyst will support commercial business objectives by providing timely, accurate, and relevant financial information.

      What you’ll be doing as a CSA Financial Analyst

      · Work closely with Commercial Programs team to develop, analyze, and report out on the status of Commercial IRAD and non-IRAD projects

      · Ensures integration and synchronization of cost and schedule EVM data

      · Identify financial variances to plan or prior forecast. Support Program investigation of causal for those variances

      · Aids in holding project team accountable for successful project execution

      · Prepares weekly and monthly updates to forecast data and identify risk and opportunity items

      · Ensures integration and synchronization of cost and schedule Earned Value Management data

      · Supports and prepares monthly financial reviews for senior Finance and Program leadership

      · Work with IPS to ensure schedule accuracy and understand any variances to plan

      · Supports and responds to internal and external audits and reviews as required as well as pr epare ad-hoc analysis and journal entries as required

      Skills You Bring To this Role

      · Experience in performing financial analysis, program planning/scheduling, and summarizing financial data for management’s review

      · Ability to analyze and solve unstructured problems, and demonstrate initiative in making process improvements

      · Ability to manage and prioritize multiple, often competing deliverables with strict deadlines

      · Ability to self-organize time and perform analysis with limited direction or oversight

      · Ability to communicate within and outside of the Commercial Aircraft Finance team

      · Proficiency in SAP, Power BI and Microsoft Suite is preferred

      What you need to be successful:

      · Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field is required

      · 2+ years of experience in Finance/Accounting, EVMS (Earned Value Management System), and/or Program Management

      · Experience with Primavera P6 (or similar project management/scheduling) software is preferred

      · Excellent cost analysis, schedule analysis, or cost accounting skills are preferred

      · Manufacturing and/or Aerospace & Defense experience preferred
