      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Assist with the preparation and submission of the government-required Incurred Cost Proposal and other financial reports
      - Liaise and provide audit support to government agencies to ensure compliance with regulations and contractual requirements
      - Execute financial analysis, research, budgets, and forecasts to support business plans
      - Review and analyze financials and budgetary reports to develop observations and recommendations
      - Interact with various teams across the organization, including Finance Leadership, Billing, Contracts, Operations, Program, and Supply Chain staff

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, or a related field
      - 2+ years of related finance work experience
      - Excellent writing, communication, and critical thinking abilities
      - Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well in a team-based environment
      - Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
      - Knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) cost principles, Cost Accounting Standards (CAS), and Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - General understanding of DCAA audit processes at a major contractor location
      - Familiarity with Raytheon financial accounting policies and practices
      - Previous experience in multiple accounting/finance disciplines
