Job Description
- Req#: ANALY004278
- Supports assigned business functions to accurately report Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) on a weekly, periodic, quarterly, and annual basis
- Itemizes variances to forecast, budget, and prior year utilizing “waterfall” or “bridge” methodology
- Assists in the quarterly forecast and annual planning processes
- Conducts thorough research and analysis of variances to ensure data accuracy
- Establishes project timelines and follows up with other departments to ensure deadlines are met
- Assists with ad hoc analysis to support strategic initiatives, including presentations for the Leadership Team, Board of Directors, Franchise Advisory Boards, brand conventions, and/or individual departments
- Develops, refines, and maintains analytical tools and complex financial models
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Management, or related field
- 1-3 years of experience in Financial Analysis or a similar role
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence senior leadership through actionable recommendations
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Ability to adapt quickly to technology changes
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Prior experience with databases and Business Intelligence tools preferred
- General knowledge of the restaurant business model preferred
- Corporate Office environment, fast-paced, high volume of activity
- Sitting for extended periods of time, using the telephone, typing, and/or operating a computer and/or mouse
- Limited travel as needed
