      What We're Looking For

      We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Financial Analyst to join our team. This role will primarily support financial operations, financial planning, Departmental and Key Performance Indicator’s tracking, data entry and analysis, and reporting support. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, basic financial analysis skills, and a commitment to maintaining accurate and timely financial records. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their finance career to gain valuable hands-on experience in a dynamic environment.

      What You Will Do

      • Assist in the preparation of monthly financial reports and internal summaries.
      • Support the budgeting and forecasting processes by gathering and updating data.
      • Perform departmental spending and investigate discrepancies as needed.
      • Track and analyze sales by Customer, by product and expenses.
      • Maintain financial records and assist with routine data entry into financial systems.
      • Help monitor departmental budgets and flag variances for review.
      • Provide administrative support for financial and operational activities across Finance, Sales, HR, IT.
      • Assist with ad-hoc financial analysis, data clean-up, and operational projects under supervision.

      Who You Are

      Education & Experience:

      • Bachelor’s degree (or near completion) in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
      • 0–3 years of relevant experience in finance, accounting, or administrative financial support.
      • Experience in laboratory, healthcare, or manufacturing settings is a plus, but not required.

      Technical Skills:

      • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (basic functions, pivot tables, v-lookup preferred).
      • Familiarity with Microsoft Word, Outlook, and cloud-based file management.
      • Experience with ERP systems (e.g., QAD, NetSuite, or SAP) is a plus but not required.
      • Ability to learn and adapt to financial systems and software tools quickly.

      Professional Skills:

      • Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
      • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
      • Good organizational and communication skills.
      • Team-oriented mindset with a proactive attitude.
      • Willingness to work both independently and collaboratively in a support role.
