Full time Monday to Friday, overtime might be required during month end close.
Working hours might shift due to reporting requirements in other time zones.
Overtime would be around 4 hours per month max.
1 day working from home would be possible.

Responsibilities
The Biologics Operations Finance group is looking for a Financial Analyst who will support the Irvine (BLI) manufacturing facility financials. This will involve supporting month end close and forecasting processes, finance support to site and working with the finance manager on developing financial models to support decision making related to business issues.
Key responsibilities are:
• Works on monthly close and financial reporting processes to ensure complete, accurate and timely monthly actual results, including variance analysis and commentary.
• Understands monthly results and communicates issues to Manager and work on resolution or action plan. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Prepares variance analysis for each planning cycle and management reporting schedules under direction of Manager, and discuss with results with department managers as necessary.
• Support day to day financial tasks of the site, including spend tracking and purchases financial approval for the site
• Prepares and develops drafts of annual Plan, LRP and LBEs as required, and works with cost center managers in understanding the details of what changes of both financial and operating management
• Performs ad hoc analysis and forecasts as requested.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting
• Execute priorities established by Manager with speed, agility and minimal supervision
• Strong financial, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Proficient Excel skills required
• Knowledge of SAP
• Minimum 2-4 years related experience.
