      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Coordinate, prepare, and analyze financial and operational reports and forecasts
      - Analyze historical and projected financial data to support leadership decision-making
      - Identify and utilize technology and best practices for continuous process improvement
      - Retrieve and compile financial data and statistical information efficiently
      - Adhere to internal controls and reporting structures while performing related duties as assigned

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree in finance/accounting or equivalent in a related field
      - At least 2 years of relevant work experience
      - Strong understanding of financial statements, analytical techniques, and Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
      - Excellent communication skills for effective interaction at all levels of the institution
      - Strong organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in accounting and grants post-award processes
      - CPA and/or master’s degree in business or a related field
      - Experience in health systems and academic medicine
      - Progressive development of data analysis and evaluation skills
      - Ability to work with minimal guidance on decision-making responsibilities
