      Job Description

      Job Summary

      The Financial Analyst II is responsible for compiling and analyzing financial information for the company. This position also develops integrated revenue/expense analyses, projections, reports, and presentations. In addition it creates and analyzes monthly, quarterly, and annual reports and ensures financial information has been recorded accurately. This position routinely performs financial forecasting and reconciliation of internal accounts.

      Job Duties

      • Develops and produces company and department budgeting, and analyze variances that occur.
      • Creates and maintains financial models.
      • Develops and produces forecasted financials and presentation materials.
      • Manages individual projects as assigned.
      • Performs ad hoc projects related to the entire function of forecasting, budgeting, and other financial areas that impact the company, and summarizes results using verbal, written, and formal presentation technique.
      • Develops recommendations for improvements that affect the company’s financial performance.
      • Ensures compliance with Exeter’s policies & procedures, safety, state and federal laws, regulations and standards.
      • Other duties as assigned.

      Education and Work Experience

      • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Statistics, or related field. Master’s Degree or CPA preferred.
      • Two (2+) years of direct related experience.
      • Requires effective communications skills.
      • Strong analytical and planning abilities.
      • Must have strong mathematical and statistical, data mining, spreadsheets and graphic illustrations abilities.
      • Results oriented.
