• Hybrid Position: The role will allow employees to work offsite but will also require onsite work-based business needs.Overview
The financial analyst will assist the Finance Manager in the analysis and the administration of the Global Product Finance teams. This employee will provide timely and meaningful financial analysis and input to management. This position will work closely with various Product and Commerical personnel to assist them in making sound business decisions. This includes expertise and leadership in product margin analysis, strategic analysis, budget analysis, and capital management. This position will also assist in the analysis of appropriation requests, process improvements, and other projects as required.Job Responsibilities

• Perform month end duties including, but not limited to; capital management, operational performance tracking and incentive programs
• Track key metrics against the Annual Operating Plan, monthly forecast, prior quarter and prior year
• Support the sales organization with in-depth analysis relating to new incentive program, request-for-quote, and Long-term agreement opportunities
• Aid the sales and business teams in developing the financial analysis relating to pricing initiatives
• Assist in supporting business unit management with Product Line Profitability and other financial reporting
• Support the business on miscellaneous Appropriation Requests – assisting the program team by providing sound financial analysis and support the team in various presentation forums
• Develop strong relationships with functional business partners to open a clear communication to improve financial accuracy and overall business decision-making
• Assist with special projects and ad hoc reporting as requiredRequired Qualifications
• 0-2+ years of finance / accounting experience
• Strong analytical and organization skills (ability to recognize and resolve issues)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills (including with senior leaders)
• Ability to function in a changing environment and meet scheduled deadlines
• Microsoft Office Excel, Word, and Outlook skills are required
• Microsoft Office Access, PowerPoint and HFM knowledge is preferredEducation Details:
