What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Support the annual business plan and forecast updates with business partners to achieve organizational objectives
- Conduct deep-dive revenue analyses into financial and operational data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor key revenue performance indicators (KPIs)
- Drive standardization and documentation of planning and reporting templates
- Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance data quality and speed of reporting
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or relevant field
- 2-4 years of experience in an analytical role, such as financial planning & analysis (FP&A)
- Knowledge of corporate finance and accounting principles, laws, and best practices
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to derive insights from data
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- SQL experience preferred
- Expert proficiency in Excel and familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, or similar)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact with various management levels
