  What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  - Lead the monthly management reporting process by coordinating with business leaders to gather and analyze financial data
  - Support the development of annual budgets, rolling forecasts, and long-term financial plans, focusing on capital expenditures (Capex)
  - Ensure accurate and timely delivery of financial reports for internal stakeholders
  - Prepare variance analyses comparing actual results to budgets and forecasts, highlighting key drivers and trends
  - Collaborate with FP&A team members on shared goals, special projects, and organizational priorities
  
  What is Required (Qualifications):
  - Proven experience in developing annual budgets and financial forecasts
  - Demonstrated ability to conduct in-depth variance and performance analysis
  - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in financial data manipulation
  - Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting preferred
  - 1+ years of applicable work experience
  
  How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  - Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  - Experience with financial systems such as PBCS, Hyperion (HFM), or other ERP tools
  - Excellent communication skills, adaptable for both technical and non-technical audiences
  - Self-motivated with a desire for professional growth and willingness to take on increased responsibility
