Job Description

- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college
- 0-2 years of Corporate Finance, FP&A or Accounting experience, manufacturing experience is preferred.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced and growing company
- Knowledge of financial software and tools (ERP Systems, Power BI) is a plus, but not mandatory.
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Strong Excel skills, including lookups and pivot tables
- Excellent analytical thinking skills.
- Self-motivated, with a proactive attitude towards work and demonstrated belief in continuous improvement

Join our team as a Financial Analyst in Monroe, OH. This position offers an exciting opportunity for individuals early in their finance career to gain hands-on experience in financial analysis, reporting, and decision-making processes.
What You'll Do:
• Conduct financial analysis by reviewing and interpreting CSafe financial statements and key financial trends
• Perform monthly and quarterly variance analysis highlighting key drivers and recommendations to improve financial performance
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data, track performance and provide insight to key stakeholders
• Prepare and distribute financial reports and dashboards highlighting KPIs and areas of interest
• Assist in development of annual budgets and financial forecasts
• Support the Senior Finance Manager in various special financial projects and initiatives
