      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Prepare and review detailed balance sheet reconciliations, identifying risks and proposing solutions
      - Calculate commissions owed based on invoicing/bookings and assess their impact on accounting
      - Track maintenance billing and revenue, identifying missed billing and advising the Business Unit on forecasting
      - Manage project revenue recognition schedules, ensuring accurate monthly revenue calculations
      - Assist with special projects and ad hoc reporting as required by management

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in financial analysis and/or accounting
      - CPA member/student or member/student of a similar professional accounting body
      - Effective communication skills and experience working with various management levels
      - Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
      - Solutions-focused mindset with a desire to improve processes

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with IFRS accounting standards and project accounting or software revenue recognition
      - Positive attitude and passion for continuous learning
      - Dynamic personality with the ability to manage multiple stakeholder expectations
