      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Analyze financial data to support grantmaking decisions and operations
      - Prepare detailed financial reports for internal and external stakeholders
      - Collaborate with team members to ensure accurate budgeting and forecasting
      - Monitor financial performance and provide recommendations for improvement
      - Assist in the development of financial policies and procedures

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Strong analytical skills with experience in financial analysis
      - Proficiency in English; knowledge of French, Spanish, or Arabic is required
      - Relevant degree in finance, accounting, or a related field
      - Experience with financial reporting and budgeting processes
      - Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Previous experience in grantmaking or nonprofit financial management
      - Familiarity with financial software and tools
      - Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
      - Strong written and verbal communication skills
