      Financial Analyst

      Position Description:

      • Support Multinational Tower planning, forecasting, and reporting processes.
      • Maintain existing processes; develop and implement new processes to meet reporting needs.
      • Collaborate with Business Leadership team to identify evolving metrics needed to effectively run the business.
      • Utilize Chubb systems to compile data and research key metrics. Align data outputs from various systems for efficient reporting.
      • Prepare executive level summaries of results for Senior Management.
      • Provide timely, insightful responses to questions and requests.
      • Support branch management and underwriters, providing relevant metrics when requested.
      • Perform ad-hoc projects for Multinational Home Office.

      Required skills include:

      • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or other business-related discipline.
      • Experience with MS Access database development and VBA programming preferred
      • 2-4 years experience in Finance or Data Analytics role
      • Strong analytical skills.
      • Strong written and verbal communication skills across all levels of staff/management.
      • Ability to multitask, prioritize deadlines, and work independently.
      • Strong time management and organization skills.
      • Proficient in Microsoft Office programs, particularly Excel.
      • Familiarity with Chubb systems (particularly TM1) and reporting cycle a plus.
