- Req#: 20565
- Support Multinational Tower planning, forecasting, and reporting processes.
- Maintain existing processes; develop and implement new processes to meet reporting needs.
- Collaborate with Business Leadership team to identify evolving metrics needed to effectively run the business.
- Utilize Chubb systems to compile data and research key metrics. Align data outputs from various systems for efficient reporting.
- Prepare executive level summaries of results for Senior Management.
- Provide timely, insightful responses to questions and requests.
- Support branch management and underwriters, providing relevant metrics when requested.
- Perform ad-hoc projects for Multinational Home Office.
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or other business-related discipline.
- Experience with MS Access database development and VBA programming preferred
- 2-4 years experience in Finance or Data Analytics role
- Strong analytical skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills across all levels of staff/management.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize deadlines, and work independently.
- Strong time management and organization skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs, particularly Excel.
- Familiarity with Chubb systems (particularly TM1) and reporting cycle a plus.
