      Hill International is seeking a Financial Analyst in Philadelphia, PA. This position is required to be on-site 5 days a week.

      The Financial Analyst is responsible for driving the preparation, coordination, and documentation of more complex financial analysis and modeling projects. This person will provide oversight, supervision, problem-solving support, and general direction for the team in support of financial analysis.

      Qualifications

      • 5+ years of related experience
      • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related major
      • Comfortable working with financial figures and accounting functions
      • Expert Excel and financial modeling abilities
      • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
      • Ability to multi-task and effectively prioritize conflicting deliverables
      • Ability to work both independently and within a team environment

      Responsibilities

      • Oversees the preparation of forecasts and analysis of trends, monitoring budget execution, and variances across one or multiple projects
      • May conduct special financial and business-related studies and cooperates with other departments in the preparation of analyses
      • Creates and analyzes monthly, quarterly, and annual reports and ensures financial information has been recorded accurately
      • Partners with one or multiple business units to design and develop costing/profitability models
