- Generation of weekly/monthly labor and material financial reports
- Labor and cost transfer submittals
- Creation and maintenance of charge numbers
- Perform ad-hoc analysis, data integrity checks, and validations related to program financials.
- Understand and perform analysis on the Annual Operating Plan, (AOP), Forecast, and Short Range Outlook
- Work with leadership team to accurately forecast and recognize bookings, sales, profit, cash and provide variance analysis
- Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and less than 2 years prior relevant experience. Requires a related University Degree or equivalent experience (Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or Mathematics)
- Excel proficiency (to include Lookup/Index/Sum functions and pivot tables)
- Thorough attention to detail and work quality
- Possess good oral and written communication skills.
- U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access the financial management system due to government contractual requirements.
- Knowledgeable in working with SAP reporting or similar tools.
- Experience or exposure to performing cost control and analysis functions in a U.S. Government, contracting environment.

Job Summary:
Raytheon Agile Radar Solutions is seeking an Entry level Analyst, Program Cost Controls to join our team. Interested candidates will gain experience in program control and will be responsible for tracking, analyzing and cost controls associated with multiple projects. This candidate will partner with Program Managers, other finance analysts, and other functions groups. The candidate will identify risk and opportunities, prepare and analyze the Estimate-at-Completion (EAC), analyze monthly financial data, support proposals, and various other ad hoc requests. The candidate will also assist in the financial planning & analysis (FP&A) process which include monthly forecasting and financial reporting.
This position is being offered in a hybrid (remote/onsite) capacity based on the needs of the business. Onsite work will be expected up to 1 day per week on average. The preferred candidate will be commutable to El Segundo, CA.

The salary range for this role is 57,000 USD - 107,000 USD; however, RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
