      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Organize and maintain property tax documentation, including assessment notices and tax bills
      - Collaborate with third-party consultants on property tax assessments and potential appeals
      - Track deadlines and ensure timely responses to assessment notices and appeals
      - Compile and review financial data needed for cost certifications
      - Prepare reports and summaries for internal stakeholders highlighting key financial metrics

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field
      - Minimum of 2 years of experience in financial analysis, cost accounting, or a related role
      - Familiarity with property tax processes and cost certification requirements, especially in affordable housing
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial software systems
      - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Knowledge of Section 42 of the Internal Revenue Code and LIHTC program requirements
      - Experience working with third-party consultants and understanding property tax appeal processes
