      Job Description

      We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to join our team in a Financial Analyst role. This position is fully remote and provides exposure to complex international accounting challenges while collaborating with global teams. The role focuses on managing accounting for all legal entities and subsidiaries, including the termination process for winding down and closing dormant legal entities.

      Responsibilities

      • Manage finance readiness status of term list and support prioritization.
      • Collaborate with CELA to provide accounting guidance and support for the legal step plan.
      • Work closely with Treasury, Tax, and other business groups to clear final balance sheets, cash, tax payables, etc.
      • Create a legal entity termination accounting plan.
      • Oversee and/or perform liquidation equity accounting.
      • Collaborate with impacted local Statutory Controllers to ensure understanding of US GAAP and statutory audit accounting impacts.
      • Support the LE lifecycle pod with ad hoc projects.

      Essential Skills

      • Minimum 2 years of experience with strong accounting skills, including journal entries and reconciliations.
      • Minimum 2 years of experience with compiling financial statements.
      • Minimum 2 years of experience with effective written and verbal communication skills, especially for interacting with global teams.
      • Proven ability to work cross-functionally.
      • Ability to read and interpret legal documents.

      Additional Skills & Qualifications

      • Accounting or Finance degree required, with a preference for accounting degrees.
      • Exposure to international or global subsidiary analytical and reporting skills.
      • Statutory reporting, M&A accounting, and SAP experience are highly beneficial.
      • Public accounting skills and prior experience in large companies or with public accounting.

      Work Environment

      This position is fully remote, allowing flexibility in work hours while ensuring collaboration across global teams. The role operates primarily in a heads-down manner, focusing on reconciliations and journal entries, with occasional meetings both internally and externally.

      Pay and Benefits

      The pay range for this position is $42.00 - $46.00/hr.
