What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Support the preparation of the annual budget and long-range planning
- Lead monthly close analysis and forecasting, including management reports and variance analysis
- Build and modify large financial models using advanced Excel skills
- Assist in developing presentations of financial results for leadership and key stakeholders
- Conduct ad hoc analysis and manage special projects

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 4 years of relevant financial experience in a fast-paced environment
- 4-year degree in accounting, finance, or related field
- Advanced Excel skills, including proficiency with vlookups, pivot tables, and sumifs
- Experience with monthly close and analytics, as well as quarterly and annual reporting
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, capable of engaging with all organizational levels

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Familiarity with financial tools such as TM1, SAP, Essbase, or PeopleSoft
