  What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  - Serve as the Finance and Operational business partner by collaborating with operational management to provide guidance and recommendations for improving business processes and profitability
  - Produce accurate plans and forecasts involving revenue, costs, margin, and operating expenses by working closely with executives and teams
  - Review results against plans and forecasts to ensure variations are thoroughly explained along with actions taken
  - Minimize working capital by analyzing inventory, A/R, A/P, and projects, and aiding in cost-saving activities
  - Standardize processes and reports throughout the organization, including corporate and business units
  
  What is Required (Qualifications):
  - Bachelor’s degree; MBA or CPA preferred
  - Minimum of 5 years of accounting/financial analytical experience in various roles, including manufacturing
  - Strong systems proficiency with the ability to compile data from multiple sources for comprehensive business analysis
  - Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
  - Proven ability to work collaboratively with all levels of the organization
  
  How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  - Experience with major ERP and CRM programs (e.g., Oracle, SAP, Salesforce.com)
  - Familiarity with reporting software (e.g., Oracle BI, Power BI, OneStream)
  - Background in project management and supply chain logistics
  - Entrepreneurial spirit and goal-oriented mindset
  - Ability to quickly adapt and manage multiple tasks efficiently
