- Prepare and analyze financial reports as requested by management to support decision-making processes.
- Perform regular reconciliations of accounts to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Assist in the preparation of month-end financial statements, including variance analysis and commentary.
- Record and review journal entries to maintain accurate financial records.
- Support the budgeting and forecasting processes by providing relevant financial data and insights.
- Conduct detailed financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
- Ensure adherence to internal controls and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Work closely with other departments to gather necessary information and provide financial support.

- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.

The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $60.00/hr.
