      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Analyze sales results, pipeline trends, and customer segmentation to evaluate business performance and recommend actionable insights
      - Partner with Sales and Finance teams to develop accurate sales forecasts and budgets, maintaining ongoing forecast updates and variance tracking
      - Monitor revenue and key metrics by product, region, and sales rep, assisting in identifying growth opportunities and potential risks
      - Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and KPIs to support sales leadership and executive decision-making
      - Develop and maintain financial models for sales compensation, quota attainment, pricing analysis, and ROI for marketing and sales initiatives

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or related field
      - 2–5 years of relevant experience in financial analysis, preferably in sales finance or commercial finance
      - Strong Excel and financial modeling skills
      - Familiarity with BI tools (e.g., Power BI), CRM systems like Salesforce and Clari, and ERP or FP&A systems (e.g., NetSuite, Cube)
      - Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in a high-growth, B2B, or SaaS environment
      - MBA or professional certifications (e.g., CFA) are a plus but not required
