Track and analyze company-wide performance against budget and forecast, identifying variances, risks, and opportunities.

Conduct deep-dive financial reviews to support strategic decisions, including project and individual-level gross profit assessments.

Assist in monthly close activities, breaking down performance by client, industry, and sub-industry to identify growth and efficiency opportunities.

Analyze resource utilization trends to optimize allocation and improve forecasting accuracy through week-to-week monitoring.

Support client-level financial forecasting to enhance revenue and resource planning.
-
Audit monthly billable staff allocation to align with financial objectives.
-
Designed and maintained dynamic Tableau dashboards and reports to provide real-time visibility into key performance indicators for senior leadership.

Deliver timely, insightful ad-hoc financial reports to support strategic discussions.

Partner with Accounting, Accounts Receivable, and Analyst teams to improve financial reporting, headcount tracking, and business processes (e.g., utilization, bill rates).

Support bid model refinements for data-driven pricing and planning in new business opportunities.
-
Gather and organize financial documents for annual audits, providing context and clarification to auditors.

Prepare payroll cost analyses to support workforce planning and recommend labor cost optimization strategies.

Maintain confidentiality, discretion, and reliability in all financial matters.

3+ years in financial analysis, data analytics, or FP&A.

Essential Technical Skills

Advanced Excel (pivot tables, complex formulas)

Tableau (dashboard creation, data visualizations)

Knowledge of SQL/Python (preferred but not required)

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

Excellent communication and presentation skills

Ability to explain financial concepts to non-finance teams

Experience in professional services, consulting, or agency environments.

Familiarity with project-based financial metrics (utilization, realization rates)

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Data Analytics, or related field.

Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer of up to 8hrs per day.

Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.

Must be able and willing to travel. (Clients, team meet ups, local office)
