      The Financial Analyst primary role is to lead the finance activities, including FP&A, for the product company. The Lead Product Line Finance Analyst will act as the operating partner for the RS General Manager and CFO.

      • As a Financial Analyst, you will play a crucial role in the building and maintaining financial models to forecast and report actuals, and be the financial operating partner for the Reuter Stokes product line

      As a Financial Analyst, you will be responsible for:

      • Being the financial operating partner for the Reuter Stokes product line.
      • Driving operating rhythms such as (but not limited to) sales/margin pacing, base cost reviews, product line touchpoints
      • Quarterbacking the closing process including understanding and communication of overall financial results (product company, regional, vertical, commercial segmentation)
      • Building and maintain financial models to forecast and report actuals.
      • Leveraging knowledge, expertise, and modeling to support the development of short & long-range financial forecasts including quarterly blueprint reviews, mid-range plan, annual plan, and long range plan.
      • Ensuring planning cycle and reporting requirement deadlines are met by facilitating and coordinating efforts across multiple functions and sub-product lines.
      • Being the point of contact for all DS HQ finance requests responsible for effectively communicating Reuter-Stokes financials and how they tie back to operations
      • Working effectively with business leaders to proactively drive key business initiatives such as new product investments/ROI, product line profitability, etc.
      • Supporting technology leader with better visibility of technology functional costs including budgeting and variance analysis, as well as NPI say/do analysis.
      • Supporting the team on KPIs to measure the performance in all areas of the organization
      • Driving backlog & volume validation modeling to drive consistent definitions and system-driven reporting across supply chain, finance, and sales.

      To be successful in this role you will require:

      • Have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or equivalent
        At least 5 years of experience in a financial position
      • Have Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills
      • Have Strong analytical ability
      • Ability to dive deep in financial details and synthesize into key insights and actions
      • Ability to work within matrix organization
      • Ability to lead and influence cross functional team
      • Strong self-starting skills
