      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage the monthly closing of financial records and ensure accuracy of financial statements
      - Prepare annual audit schedules and financial statements in compliance with funding agreements
      - Act as the designated client contact, addressing outstanding issues related to financial statements and accounting processes
      - Evaluate internal policies in conjunction with relevant laws and implement new processes to improve efficiency
      - Conduct significant account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies on bank reconciliations

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Accounting
      - Must be enrolled in the CPA program PEP
      - Minimum of three years but less than five years of relevant experience in Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, or General Ledger
      - Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
      - Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

      - High proficiency in Excel, including advanced functions such as VLOOKUP and IF statements
      - Ability to assist and train individuals with limited financial backgrounds
