What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Perform basic-to-complex financial analyses, reporting, and manipulation of data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
- Write queries using SQL, Cognos, Crystal, or equivalent tools to fulfill complex ad hoc requests
- Analyze various aspects of the clinical practice, including benchmarking key indicators and revenue optimization
- Prepare timely and accurate reporting to support practice and clinical department leadership
- Assist management with analysis and implementation of financial/business process improvements
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Intermediate-to-advanced Microsoft Office skills, including Excel and PowerPoint
- Proficiency in SQL, Cognos, Crystal, or equivalent tools
- Clear and concise written, verbal, and interpersonal skills
- Experience working with various stakeholders and levels of management
