What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Create pricing for customer proposals based on received RFPs and internal inputs
- Assist project managers in reviewing customer change in scope pricing (Change Orders)
- Coordinate development of all pricing and forecast trackers on newly signed projects
- Analyze financial data and provide forecasting support to ensure divisional KPIs are met
- Monitor monthly divisional employee time reporting and escalate areas of concern
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, Management, or Finance
- At least 5 years of experience in analyzing financial data and producing high-level reports
- At least 5 years of experience working within Clinical Trials as a vendor or sponsor
- Preferred knowledge of various computer software applications with advanced Excel skills
- Strong attention to detail and excellent oral and written communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- MBA, CPA, CFA, or experience with a Big 4 firm
- Self-motivated with excellent time management skills
- Ability to work autonomously while assisting daily operations of Clinical Trials and Finance functions
