      Job Summary

      The Financial Analyst position is responsible for preparing relevant reports, tracking KPIs for finance, sales, and operations. In addition, this position will work on annual budgeting, forecasting, and financial variance analysis. Demonstrate insightful use of financial analysis techniques, tools, and concepts, to provide practical counsel to business area partners and management to drive business results. The Financial Analyst reports to the FP&A Manager - Reporting.

      Essential Functions
      • Prepare and analyze financial and non-financial reports and dashboards for management and board of directors
      • Assist in monthly reporting package
      • Assist in developing annual budget
      • Support FP&A Manager – Reporting on analytic projects relating to operations, sales, and finance
      • Ad hoc reporting
      • Perform other duties as assigned by management.

      Education and/or Experience

      • Bachelor’s degree in business with an emphasis in Accounting or Finance, MBA a plus.
      • 0-3 years of relevant experience
      • Budgeting experience
      • Strong analytical and financial modeling skills

      Qualifications

      • Self-starter and highly motivated
      • Works well in teams
      • Working knowledge of GAAP
      • Displays optimism, energy, and enthusiasm

        • Grasping/Manipulating: Grasping and manipulating of papers, objects, and equipment will be required. Ability to use calculator and keyboard for data input will be required on an ongoing basis.
        • Traveling: Extended working hours and some domestic traveling.
