• Prepares and organizes routine documentation for applications, progress reports, financial statements, and other related reports; monitors deadlines and compliance with guidelines and regulations.
• Collects, verifies, and disseminates information and data needed to write grants, contracts, and reports; communicates routine financial information regarding accounts, balances, expenses, and other related funding information.
• Creates and maintains spreadsheets, records, and databases; maintains contact rosters and email distribution lists.
• Assists with budget preparations and reviews.Must be able to sit for prolonged periods of time; must be able to use computer for prolonged periods of time.
