What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Facilitate and coordinate the gathering of information and requirements, leading hypothesis formulation and recommendations implementation
- Evaluate cross-functional business processes, compliance, and workflows, and suggest improvements
- Participate in developing high-level test strategies, including quality review and approval
- Lead change management efforts, gaining acceptance and adoption across business units
- Continuously improve understanding of business systems and emerging technologies to enhance operations
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Advanced knowledge and leadership experience in business system operations and workflow analysis
- Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders and manage projects effectively
- Strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills
- Ability to prioritize, organize, and make decisions in a fast-paced environment
- Must be located in the United States or Puerto Rico and have access to high-speed internet
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Knowledge of insurance products and related legislation
- Familiarity with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and business analysis methodologies
- Working knowledge of test and process automation, with strong data analysis skills
