What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Facilitate and coordinate gathering information and requirements, leading the formulation and testing of hypotheses
- Conduct gap analysis by comparing the current state of the business with desired future states and make recommendations
- Participate in developing high-level test strategies and ensure quality review and approval of test plans
- Lead change management efforts by clarifying the approach to Business Owners and management
- Continuously improve understanding of business system tools and emerging technologies to positively impact operations
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Ability to use current and contemporary business tools and methodologies
- Advanced knowledge of business system operations, workflow analysis, and business systems terminology
- Demonstrated experience with project management processes and timely project delivery
- Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills
- Strong prioritization, organization, and decision-making skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Knowledge of insurance products and related legislation
- Familiarity with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Business Analysis Body of Knowledge (BABOK)
- Working knowledge of test and process automation, including strong quantitative and data analysis skills
