      The Opportunity:

      We are looking for experienced and dynamic individuals with excellent communication, analytical and organizational skills to join our team. The team is headquartered in Chantilly, VA and currently works in a hybrid remote setting (some telework, some in person meetings). This position requires travel to the Pentagon to meet with clients and provide onsite support to them during the budget cycle.

      As a Financial Business Systems Analyst (Client Specialist), you will work collaboratively in an Agile environment to ensure the project is continuously improving and implementing optimal solutions. The Client Specialist assists Client Leads and the Support team by attending meetings, assisting with analyses, preparing documentation, developing/delivering training, testing, troubleshooting; and supports clients directly (remote and onsite) during the budget cycles. The Client Specialist is primarily responsible to assist the Client team and Scrum team by working special projects, developing/delivering training content, and supporting the DoD client onsite in Washington Capital region as needed.

      Under minimal supervision, Client Specialist performs analysis, identifies gaps, focuses on special projects that support continuous improvement, assists Client Leads and Scrum teams with documentation and training for our .NET web applications. Client Specialists are required to:
      o Learn client business processes and understand how our applications help them solve issues and meet requirements.
      o Serve as an integral member of a close-knit Agile team under the direction of the Management and Scrum Master.
      o Possess a good understanding of business applications.
      o Proactively work with the team to understand and resolve problems, address customer requests responsively, and assist with special projects and innovations that modernize our applications.


      Responsibilities:
      • Work with Client Leads to gather project requirements and produce detailed plans and/or documents to address needs of clients; contribute to execution of the plan by performing functional tasks as needed.
      • Continuously anticipate and analyze business and end user needs, document decisions, and identify solutions to new and emerging business processes and training needs.
      • Help analyze utilization data to identify trends and anticipate value-added enhancements; as needed, deliver training to end user audiences ranging from contributor to VIP oversight.
      • Work closely with the BSAs and Developers on scrum teams to collaborate on improvements and assist with overcoming obstacles faced during the design/develop/test/release process.
      • When needed, conduct system testing and document results according to standard business processes.

      Qualifications:

      Required:

      • Bachelor's degree (preferred in Business Information Systems, Mathematics, or similarly analytical field)
      • Ability to travel to Arlington, VA for customer meetings and perform onsite support when needed
      • Minimum of 3 years of Government Contracting and/or Financial Management
      • Excellent written and verbal communication and ability to both work independently and collaborate with others in a distributed team environment
      • Experience working directly with clients
      • Ability to prioritize, track, and complete tasks according to Sprint deadlines with limited oversight
      • Active DoD Secret

      The proposed salary range for this position is:

      $63,300-$129,700
