What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct financial clearance processes by interviewing patients and collecting necessary information
- Verify insurance eligibility and coverage details for patients
- Provide patients with proactive price estimates and financial assistance information
- Obtain authorizations for patient visits in a timely manner
- Mentor less experienced team members on revenue cycle processes

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma / GED
- 6+ months of experience in insurance and benefit verification
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Products
- 18 years or older

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Associate degree in Business Administration, Health Care Administration, or related field
- Experience working with clinical staff
- Previous experience in outpatient and/or inpatient healthcare settings
- Experience with clinical documentation
- Familiarity with patient clinical medical records
