- You’ll deliver great service, building valuable, trusted, and sustainable relationships with our Mass Affluent customers.
- You’ll proactively engage customers with comfort and confidence on how we can help them realise their financial aspirations.
- You’ll support customers develop a plan to achieve their goals, accessing the specialist support they need when required.
- You'll be responsible for reviewing and owning your own MI, identifying trends in quality, error reporting including root cause analysis, and self-managing your performance.
- Someone who can provide excellent customer service through quality Financial Coaching,
- Strong financial services knowledge to invoke quality referrals to specialist areas, which includes practitioner level knowledge of the groups Banking App, and the ability to help customers navigate to the right page or product area.
- Collaboration skills with a one team work ethic
- Excellent communication skills, producing, and conveying information clearly, concisely and in a professional manner in verbal and written communication.
- Someone who can take ownership of individual performance, focusing on development to ensure you have the skills needed to support our customers now and in the future.
- Actively contribute openly and comfortably with diverse groups of people, building rapport across a range of teams and stakeholders.

JOB TITLE: Financial Coach
SALARY: £28,329 - £29,820
LOCATION(S): Birmingham, Bristol, Cardiff, Edinburgh, Glasgow, Leeds, and Manchester
HOURS: Full-time 35 hours. Monday – Saturday, 7 hours per day over a 5-day week.
Business expectation to work 1 in 2 Saturdays.
Working hours Mon – Fri between 9am – 7pm, Saturday 9am-5pm.
WORKING PATTERN: Our work style is hybrid, which involves spending at least one day per week in one of the above office locations
TRAINING: Training will be completed via the hybrid approach and will last for four weeks.
The working hours during this period will be Monday – Friday 9am-5pm.About this opportunity

What you’ll need
Successful candidates will provide eligible customers with financial coaching sessions to help achieve goals and make the most out of their money. A Financial Coach is someone by your side to point you in the right direction, answer your questions, and build your financial knowledge. You may even spot opportunities the customer didn’t know were there. Everyone is different, with unique and changing needs. That’s why it can be useful to have someone to help you make the most of your financial situation, whether you’ve had a change in circumstance or are planning for the future.
