What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop, perform, and manage the analyses of business and financial metrics
- Develop and maintain financial reports to communicate actual results, forecasted performance, and variances
- Manage all aspects of financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting
- Collaborate with the business to recommend and establish strategies, plans, and processes to improve profitability and cost efficiencies

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 5+ years of financial and operational management experience
- Proven experience driving business performance in a high growth environment
- Prior work experience anticipating accounting, financial reporting, forecasting, and operational issues
