      Job Title: Finance Director

Location: Los Angeles, CA (In-Person Required)

      Job Type: Full-time

      About the Role:

We're seeking a strategic and detail-oriented Finance Director to lead and scale our finance operations from our Los Angeles office. This is an in-person role—collaboration and real-time decision-making are core to how we operate. You will oversee budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and financial planning while partnering closely with executive leadership to support growth, optimize cash flow, and ensure financial rigor across the organization.

      Key Responsibilities:

      • Lead all financial planning, analysis, and reporting (FP&A) activities, ensuring accurate, timely, and actionable data.

      • Develop and manage annual budgets, monthly forecasts, and long-term financial models.

      • Analyze financial results and key metrics to provide insights that drive strategic decisions.

      • Oversee accounting operations and coordinate with external auditors to ensure clean financial statements and regulatory compliance.

      • Collaborate cross-functionally with department leads to align financial plans with company objectives.

      • Support capital strategy, fundraising modeling, and investor reporting.

      • Implement and refine financial systems, tools, and processes that scale with the company's growth.

      • Ensure compliance with all relevant local, state, and federal financial regulations.

      Qualifications:

      • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA or CPA preferred).

      • 4+ years of experience in finance, including leadership roles.

      • Strong modeling, forecasting, and analytical capabilities.

      • Experience in tech, SaaS, or consumer startups strongly preferred.

      • Deep understanding of core business metrics such as CAC, LTV, MRR/ARR, and burn rate.

      • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and shifting priorities in a high-growth environment.

      • Must be based in Los Angeles or willing to relocate; this is not a remote or hybrid role.

      Why Join Us:

      • Be a key player in a fast-growing, mission-driven company.

      • Competitive salary and equity package.

      • Health, dental, and vision coverage.

      • Opportunity to help shape the financial foundation of a category-defining brand.
