      Job Summary

      The Financial Implementation Consultant plays a key role in the success of a customer’s implementation of the MatrixCare LPC Financial/Operational product. This person will deliver instructor-led training to clients implementing this fully integrated clinical and financial software product.

      Job Description

      Let's talk about responsibilities:

      • Follow and support corporate security policies, standards, and procedures as they apply to this role. Maintain customer and corporate privacy standards as outlined by HIPAA

      • Deliver instructor-led training on MatrixCare in a variety of classroom settings, and according to the standard training curricula

      • Assist in designing and developing training curricula and self-directed training products for MatrixCare products

      • Contact clients to determine their needs, gather pre-training information, and prepare for upcoming training sessions

      • Create and lead facing webinars

      • Communicate with MatrixCare internal resources to gain quick resolution to problems that occur during training and need immediate attention

      • Participate in Client Services team meetings, product demonstrations and design reviews with development teams

      • Perform other duties as deemed appropriate by the management team

      Let's talk about qualifications and experience:

      • Experience teaching adults

      • Financial/Accounting experience

      • Long term care experience preferred

      • Excellent communication skills

      • Excellent documentation skills

      • Ability to learn quickly

      • Technical skills/software

      • Presentation skills

      • A minimum of 2 years of experience in software instruction

      • 2-3 years of experience in client services

      Preferred

      • Bachelors Degree in Accounting or Finance is preferred; a combination of education and experience will be considered
