D evelop, coordinate, present , and evaluate a wide variety of financial education programs , including: individual coaching, webinars, presentations and workshops
Serve as a unit liaison; cultivate and maintain relationships with u niversity partners
Analyze program outcomes and prepare reports
Plan and coordinate marketing for educational programs and services
Identify, recruit, train, and supervise instructional program student personnel
Other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the director
Strong communication (verbal and written), problem-solving, organizational, and computer skills
Experience presenting to small and large groups virtually and in person
Ability to be innovative and adaptable
Demonstrated commitment to diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively on tasks

JOB DESCRIPTION AND POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
The Sokolov-Miller Family Financial and Life Skills Center is seeking applicants for a full-time Financial Literacy Associate (Education Program Specialist 2) to provide education and outreach for Penn State students, staff, and faculty, various Penn State colleges, and Commonwealth campuses. The Center is part of the Department of Undergraduate Education located at Penn State’s University Park campus and serves over 4,000 students annually. This position reports to the director of the Financial and Life Skills Center.
In collaboration with staff, the successful candidate should expect to contribute to the following:

Education and experience:
This position typically requires a b achelor's degree or higher plus two years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Education and/or experience in consumer finance, education, social work, or counseling is preferred. Additional qualifications include :
